Arrive at the office about 15-20 minutes before your van hire is booked.
This allows time for any paperwork and payments to be completed. It also allows some time if the office is busy.
We'll take you out to the vehicle and show you the basics. If you have any questions please ask.
We'll ask you to inspect the vehicle for damage. Please bring anything you notice to our attention, no matter how minor.
Take a few moments to familiarise yourself with the vehicle before you head off.
Once you're happy, you're good to go!
We operate a 'full to full' policy. We supply the van with a full tank and ask that it is returned with a full tank.
There is a petrol station conveniently located next to VansGB, so you can easily fill up when you return your vehicle.
Park the van in the allocated parking area (We'll show you this before you leave)
Hand the keys to us in the office. We'll inspect the vehicle and refund your deposit.
..and that's it!
Occasionally you may need to return the van to us before we open or after we have closed.
We're happy for you to do this, but you must tell us in advance.
If you do need this service - we'll tell you where to leave the van and where the secure box for the keys is located.
